Changing My Information

On My Information , you can do the following.

 

View your:

• BedTracking^® application membership, PreAdmitTracking^® application application membership, or TransportTracking^™ application membership.
• If you are a transporter, bed cleaner, or supervisor, the type of section and zone assignments you have been given (fixed, variable, all or fixed and exclusive [transporters and transport supervisors only] ) and the sections and zones in which you are assigned to work.
• The role that you have been given.
• The date and time of your last sign in.

Change your user and contact information:

• Abbreviation that is used to identify you on screen
• Name
• Telephone numbers
• Password
• Personal identification number (PIN) for the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system.
• Your photograph (called a thumbnail file).
  Note: You cannot change your user login ID.

 

To access My Information:

1. Select your username link at the top-right of the page, (for example, csmith).
2. Select My Information.
